Letter to United Utilities

Many residents in Utkinton will be aware of an imposing water tank that has appeared in the last few weeks. The Parish Council was not consulted on this installation and our CWaC Ward Cllr Charles Hardy knew nothing about it either! The Parish Council has written to United Utilities sharing some of your concerns and some of our own – a copy of the letter is below and we will of course, share any response that we receive.
