The Council is sad to announce that Cllr Tony Dahill has decided to step down from his role as a parish councillor with immediate effect. The Council would like to thank Tony for all his hard work over the years, particularly in the creation of the Neighbourhood Plan and we hope that we will work together again in the future.

There is now a legal process to go through whilst Cheshire West and Chester Council advertise the vacancy for 14 working days, giving local residents an opportunity to call an election. If ten or more residents ask for an election, then CWaC will administer that process, if not, then the parish council will be able to advertise locally for residents to express an interest.
